Krka Waterfalls day tour from Split
Located in the heart of Dalmatia, only an hour away from Split, you can find a perfect natural getaway. Leaving Split and Adriatic Sea behind you immerse yourself in breath-taking karst landscape and cascading waterfalls of Krka River in the eponymous National Park.
Our day tours to Krka waterfalls starts in Split. From there you will be heading to the small town of Skradin which dates back to ancient roman times. Shortly after the arrival you will be boarded in a boat and begin your panoramic cruise to most famous waterfall of Krka National Park – Skradinski Buk. It is one of the best known natural beauties in Croatia which you will definitely enjoy.
Disembarking from the boat, the tour guide will await for you to take you on a tour around the waterfalls providing you with many interesting information about the National Park and the sights you will be able to see yourself. After the tour you will have plenty of time to take pleasure in other activities such as swimming in the river with the amazing view on the waterfalls. Of course, you can always choose some activities from the Park’s offer such as educational workshops or you can just sit down and enjoy the nature surrounding you. Whether you decide to dive in the cold and refreshing streams, snap photos for your collection or simply breath it all in, it is an experience you won’t forget.
At 16.00 it is time to finally find your way back to Split. You will definitely love your ride in first class air-conditioned minivan (or a bus, depending on the size of the group) after this exhausting, but worthwhile day in Krka National Park.
